Building Surveys

APS have particular expertise in Building Surveys. We use a combination of tools to give our clients the survey they are looking for. Our surveys are drawn up on site using blue tooth laptops and the full range of survey hardware. Drawing up the survey on site allows us to carry out our quality checks on the job, and ensure all information is picking up efficiently in one site visit. Our efficient method of surveying has been particularly suitable for buildings where there is an operating business, or a sitting tenant.

APS have particular expertise with listed buildings, and are familiar with formats required by Planning and Conservation Authorities. For buildings rich in architectural detail, we have been able to collect detailed survey information using 3-D scanners
